This page details the requirements for all clubs, student organizations, and individuals (broadly “groups”) receiving funding from Kaleidoscope.

All organizations receiving funding from Kaleidoscope must complete all the requirements of Kaleidoscope-recognized organizations to maintain recognition and continue being eligible to receive funding.
Requirements include but are not limited to: participating in semesterly Khoury club fairs, having at least 1 representative attend each Kaleidoscope Club Council meeting, and maintain contact with Kaleidoscope and Kaleidoscope leadership. Contact us for details.
Kaleidoscope provides funding and support to projects, events, organizations, and activities which provide a positive impact on the Khoury community.
Kaleidoscope also aims to maintain robust organizations through sustainability and efficiency in operations and utilization of funding.
All groups receiving funding must clearly promote Kaleidoscope as a sponsor, as we aim to achieve the following goals with clear sponsorship guidelines and requirements.

These requirements help Kaleidoscope build, maintain, and increase visibility and awareness among students and the broader Khoury College and Northeastern communities. Awareness among the student body and broader Khoury community helps ensure everyone eligible can know about and take advantage of Kaleidoscope resources.

Promoting Kaleidoscope using the specifications detailed in this document will ensure Kaleidoscope maintains a strong and positive brand image, bolstering the image and reputation of Khoury College as well. Well-defined specifications also ensure consistency and professionalism with the Kaleidoscope brand.

We ask that Kaleidoscope is mentioned as a sponsor. This can be done verbally during the opening of an event or when the project being sponsored is presented to an audience.
To identify Kaleidoscope as a sponsor, please include the Kaleidoscope Logo Lockup on print and digital materials, such as advertising graphics, flyers, slides, etc. Feel free to use the lockup variant that works best for the design of your materials.
Using one of the Kaleidoscope Logo Lockups is preferred, alongside “Sponsored by” text. Using just the logo should only be done in special circumstances.
When using the logo, “Sponsored by Kaleidoscope” text must be included. Text must be at least as large as the smallest other text in the materials, clearly legible, and easily readable.
When making social media posts pertaining to the event or project being sponsored, be sure to tag Kaleidoscope and/or Khoury College’s account(s).
